The Order The Order has three Sects of the church: - the Holy One (or Saint Ladies) sect: This sect wears white. They manufacture the drug PTV (White Claudia). - the Holy Mother sect: This sect wears black. They control the Hope House (Wish House Orphanage) - the Valtiel sect: This sect wears red. They were created to mediate between the Holy One sect and the Holy Mother sect.
